Thank you for visiting the prepay website for KWCS Middle School Track & Fields pictures for the 2024 season. Pictures will be taken on April 16th immediately following the end of the school day. Please read all of the information below to ensure your order is processed correctly. NOTE: Online ordering will be available through 8pm on April 23rd. However, we encourage you to order prior to the deadline. Please only use this link for ordering Middle School Track & Field pictures. 

Team/Group Photos: The group photo will be designed from the individual photos of each athlete (same process as last year).
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FACIAL RETOUCHING: To purchase retouching, please see the ala carte menu when ordering and select the retouching option.Images will not have facial blemishes retouched without purchase of the retouching option.For athletes who will be wearing make up, we strongly recommend against using shiny/iridescent highlighters or sprays.These products tend to look very shiny/glossy in photographs.If you aren't sure if your athlete will need retouching due to the nature of their make up selection,we recommend purchasing the retouching option so we can make adjustments to facial blemishes, shine etc as needed. 

BUDDY PHOTOS (pictures with 2+ people) Buddy photos need to be ordered no later 5pm on 4/14. Read the instructions in the red box above for buddy photo instruction. If a buddy photo is requested on picture day, but no order is placed, the photo will not be processed.
