Thank you for visiting our online prepay website for the KW Middle School Track & Field pictures. Pictures are scheduled for Wednesday, April 23rd at 3pm in the MS/HS Cafeteria. Please read all of the information below to ensure your order is processed correctly. 

NOTE: Online ordering will be available through 8pm on May 5th. If you are ordering a buddy/sibling photo, please order prior to 5pm on April 22nd so we know to take the buddy photo on picture day.

Individual Photos: Each athlete will have an individual photo taken. 
Team/Group Photos: The group photo will be designed from the individual photos of each athlete. (same process as last year)

Instructions for ordering Buddy/Sibling Photos (indiv photo with more than 1 person) Please read carefully. If you are ordering a Buddy/Sibling photo you will need to enter ALL of the names of people who will be in the photo. When you enter the first name, put both/all first names together in field title "Athlete's First Name" (ie First Name: "Joe & Bobby") this will help designate your order as a buddy photo. Buddy photos need to be ordered no later than 5pm the day before your pictures are taken. 

NOTE ABOUT GRAPHICS/DESIGN:  The photos for KWCS athletics will be photographed on green screen and will have custom graphics designed for your team & individual photos.

NOTE ABOUT FACIAL RETOUCHING:  In the past we have taken liberty to occasionally retouch/edit minor facial blemishes, shine etc. To purchase retouching, please see the ala carte menu when ordering and select the retouching option. Images will no longer have facial blemishes retouched without purchase of the retouching option. We appreciate your understanding.
