We are excited to photograph the CCYF & SWYC athletes from KW this season. Similar to last year, we are going to be photographing all of the athletes and will be making a composite featuring ALL of the King's Way football players and cheerleaders including CCYF, SWYC, Middle School Football, High School Football & High School Cheer!  

We ask that all CCYF & SWYC athletes come to have their picture taken on Monday, September 8th in the KW Middle/High School Cafeteria. Please enter through the doors near the courtyard/west entrance to the cafeteria. See picture schedule below. 

If you are interested in purchasing photos that we are taking, please read all of the information below to ensure your order is processed correctly. 

NOTE: Online ordering will be available through 8pm on September 14th. Buddy/sibling photos (2+ people) must be ordered prior to 5pm on September 6th in order to be photographed & processed. If you would like to have your football player & cheerleader photographed together, please follow the directions above in the red box. Football players will be going straight to practice after pictures, so please join us for your sibling/buddy photo during your son's football picture time.

NOTE FOR ORDERING BUDDY/SIBLING PHOTOS (individual photo with more than 1 person) Please read CAREFULLY. If you are ordering a BUDDY/SIBLING PHOTO you will need to enter ALL of the names of people who will be in the photo. When you enter the first name, put both/all first names in the ATHLETE'S FIRST NAME field together (ie First Name: "Joe & Bobby") this will help designate your order as a buddy photo. Buddy photos need to be ordered no later than 5pm on 9/6so the photographer knows to take the photo on 9/8.

NOTE ABOUT GRAPHICS/DESIGN:  The photos for KW athletics will be photographed on green screen and will have custom graphics designed for your team & individual photos.

5:15pm - 6th Grade CCYF
5:45pm - 4th/5th Grade CCYF
6:15pm - SWYC (all cheerleaders)
