KWCS Middle School Fall Sports picture day is Monday, September 8th.

Thank you for visiting our online prepay website for KW MS Fall Sports 2025. Please read all of the information below to ensure your order is processed correctly. 

NOTE: Online ordering will be available through 8pm on September 20th. Buddy photos (2+ people) must be ordered prior to 5pm on September 7th in order to be photographed & processed.

Individual Photos: Each athlete will have an individual photo taken. 
Team/Group Photos: The group photo will be designed from the individual photos of each athlete. (same process as last year)

NOTE FOR ORDERING BUDDY/SIBLING PHOTOS (individual photo with more than 1 person) Please read CAREFULLY. If you are ordering a BUDDY/SIBLING PHOTO you will need to enter ALL of the names of people who will be in the photo. When you enter the first name, put both/all first names in the ATHLETE'S FIRST NAME field together (ie First Name: "Joe & Bobby") this will help designate your order as a buddy photo. Buddy photos need to be ordered no later than 5pm on 9/7 so the photographer knows to take the photo on 9/8.

NOTE ABOUT GRAPHICS/DESIGN:  The photos for KW athletics will be photographed on green screen and will have custom graphics designed for your team & individual photos.

Picture Schedule for September 8, 2025 - please arrive 10 min early (dressed like you would be for a game):
3:00pm – MS Girls Soccer
3:20pm - MS Football (Note: This is NOT CCYF)
3:40pm - MS Cross Country
4:00pm - MS Volleyball (3 teams)
4:45pm - HS Cheer
