KW High School winter sports pictures will be taken on Thursday, November 20th in the High School Band Room (2nd Floor of the HS building).

Please only use this link for KW High School winter sports - do not use this link for ordering Middle School winter sports pictures. Please read all of the information below to ensure your order is processed correctly.  

NOTE: Online ordering will be available through 8pm on December 4th. Buddy photos (2+ people) must be ordered prior to 5pm on November 19th in order to be photographed & processed.

Individual Photos: Each athlete will have an individual photo taken. 
Team/Group Photos: The group photo will be designed from the individual photos of each athlete. (same process as last year)

NOTE FOR ORDERING BUDDY/SIBLING PHOTOS (individual photo with more than 1 person) Please read CAREFULLY. If you are ordering a BUDDY/SIBLING PHOTO you will need to enter ALL of the names of people who will be in the photo. When you enter the first name, put both/all first names in the ATHLETE'S FIRST NAME field together (ie First Name: "Joe & Bobby") this will help designate your order as a buddy photo. Buddy photos need to be ordered no later than 5pm on 11/19 so the photographer knows to take the photo on 11/20.

NOTE ABOUT GRAPHICS/DESIGN:  The photos for KW athletics will be photographed on green screen and will have custom graphics designed for your team & individual photos.

Picture Schedule for Thursday, November 20th, 2025 - 2nd Floor of HS Building in the Band Room. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, dressed and ready to go!

3:30pm - JV Girls Basketball
3:45pm - Varsity Girls Basketball
4:15pm - C Team Boys Basketball
4:30pm - JV Boys Basketball
4:45pm - Varsity Boys Basketball
5:30pm - Varsity Cheer
