Announcement:  Due to the number of students out sick on picture day, we will be holding a one-time make-up date for KWCS 5th-12th Grade Band and Choir pictures on March 2nd from 8am-9am. Please see instructions at the bottom of this page on what to wear for pictures.  Online ordering will be available until 8pm on March 3rd.

KWCS 5th-12th Grade Band and Choir pictures will be taken on Monday, February 9th during your student's respective band/choir class. Please note: There will be no make ups for this picture day.

Please read all of the information below to ensure your order is processed correctly. 

NOTE: Online ordering will be available through 8pm on February 17th. 

Individual Photos: Each participant will have an individual photo taken. 
Group Photos: The group photo will be designed from the individual photos of each participant. (same process as sports pictures)

NOTE ABOUT GRAPHICS/DESIGN:  The photos for KW band & choir will be photographed on green screen and will have custom graphics designed for your individual & group photos.

Picture Schedule for February 9th: 
7:20am-7:50am (0 Period) – Knight Sounds Choir
8:55am-9:15am (2nd Period) – 6th Grade Choir
9:15am-9:35am (2nd Period) – 6th Grade Band
9:55am-10:15am (3rd Period) – 7th-8th Grade Choir
10:15am -10:35am (3rd Period) – 7th-8th Grade Band
11:35am-11:50am (6th Period) – HS Band
11:50am-12:10pm (6th Period) – Jazz Band 
1:15pm-1:40pm (7th Period) – 5th Grade Choir
*1:40pm-2:30pm (7th Period) – 5th Grade Band

*These students will go directly from band pictures to carline/your family's designated pick up location.

Please reference the following dress/attire instructions as provided by the band & choir instructors:

Choir Students:
HS Choir: Wear your black choir uniforms
MS Choir: Wear your navy choir sweatshirts with blue jeans
5th Grade Choir: Wear King's Way gear/school colors

Band Students:
Boys: Black dress shirt, black dress pants (not jeans), black dress shoes, and black socks. Black ties/bow ties permitted.
Girls: Black blouse and black skirt or dress pants (no jeans) or a black dress. Black dress shoes. Black socks or tights.
