NWDD picture day is Monday, March 2, 2026

Thank you for visiting our ordering site for the 2025 NWDD picture day. Please read all of the information below to ensure your order is processed correctly. 

Picture ordering expires Friday, March 6th at 8pm.  Buddy photos (2+ people) must be ordered prior to 5pm on Saturday, February 28th in order to be photographed on picture day.

Note for ordering BUDDY PHOTOS: (indiv photo with 2+ people) If you are ordering a Buddy or Sibling Photo, you will need to enter ALL of the names of people who will be in the photo. Please list all first names in the "Athlete's First Name" field (First Name: "Joey & Steve") this will help designate your order as a buddy photo. Buddy photos need to be ordered no later than 5pm on 2/28/2026 so the photographer knows to take the photo on picture day.

Individual Photos: Each athlete will have an individual photo taken. Your athlete can choose their own pose. We photograph individual photos from head to knees, so please plan your pose accordingly.
Team Photos & Banners: Team photos and banners will be designed from the individual photos of each athlete. We will guide your athlete on the pose for the team photo.

Picture Schedule for Monday, March 2nd:
Please have your athlete dressed & ready for team check-in 10 minutes prior to check in. Please bring your bat & glove with you. If your player is a catcher, please have them bring their catcher's gear too!
