SWYC pictures will be taken on Sept 2 & 3 at the PYC gym 9210 NE 62nd Ave #260, Vancouver, WA 98665 (Click here to view the 2026 SWYC Picture Schedule).

Individual Photos: Each athlete will have an individual photo taken. Please dress in full uniform and bring your poms with you. You will be able to choose your own individual pose. Please keep in mind, individual photos are taken from head to knees (feet will not show). Please consider this when choosing your individual pose. 

Team/Group Photos: The group photo will be designed from individual photos of each athlete/coach (Please see team photo samples once you log in to place your order) We will be photographing on green screen and will have custom graphics designed for your team & individual photos.

This is a prepay event, and proofs/previews are not provided. We know you'll love the photos!

Note for ordering sibling or buddy photos (indiv photo with more than 1 person): Please read carefully. If you are ordering a Buddy/Sibling you will need to enter ALL of the names of people who will be in the photo. When you enter the first name, put both/all first names in the Athlete's First Name field together (ie First Name: "Joe & Bobby") this will help designate your order as a buddy photo. Buddy photos must be ordered by 8pm on September 1st so the photographer knows to take the photo on picture day. Buddy photos ordered after this deadline may get missed.

Pictures will be delivered back to SWYC within 20-25 business days. Coaches will pick them up from SWYC and will distribute them to your team.
